Fascia Stretch Therapy

WHAT IS FASCIA STRETCH THERAPY (FST)?

Facia Stretch Therapy is a unique, complete and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching. It Focuses on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, mobility, strength, performance and pain relief.

Fascia Stretch Therapy was developed by Ann Frederick, the first “flexibility specialist” to work with athletes at the Olympics, FST aims to improve every aspect of performance and recovery. Fascia is fibrous connective tissue that wraps and supports muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, organs, and nerves. Fascia Stretch Therapy focuses on the fascia and joint capsules in achieving optimum flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.
